On-Site Training/Seminars

The skills training to effectively administer a construction project are varied and numerous. Some can be learned in an academic environment, while others are obtained from on-the-job experience.  However, many of the necessary skills can be best learned from attending seminars and workshops where all the participants can share real world experiences and help each other formulate solutions to difficult common problems.

WMA, working with various universities and professional organizations, has presented over 350 seminars on a variety of subjects relating to project administration.  These seminars are offered to the general public and are also presented to organizations on an in-house basis.

WMA has presented hundreds of in-depth seminars on documenting, presenting and resolving disputes in the construction industry.  WMA's unique and fast-paced program format is designed to meet the needs of owners, architects, engineers and contractors.

Private, in-house seminars are also presented by WMA exclusively for individual companies.  These seminars are scheduled upon request, and are held at locations convenient to the company.
